If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
